Fun Time's Training

Back in training again after an unsuccessful rainout trip in France I've been at home for a week studying for my exam and training indoors lot's. Now with only two days left at home and lots of training done I am psyched for the weekend to chill out and revise for my exam before heading back to Wales on Sunday. This week's training consisted of long hard bordering sessions mean 3 to 4 hours non-stop working on dynamic and powerful movements but also on static controlled movements I think just bouldering is a good way of training for me as it trains all the important muscle groups. I will always do a half an hour warming up at the start that I don't injure myself and perform better in training sessions. Also at the end of the session I do a half an hour warming down with stretching session so the muscles relax and can recover better. Now it's been a pretty long day of training today “fun times”
