Sun, Rain, Climbing What More Do You Want

So leaving Switzerland with lots of rain last week to come to wales with hot sunny weather was a surprise. Last week I also been training to get stronger I’ve been doing more dynamic and power endurance workouts with lots of campusboard sessions. Also learning that if I want to go for a run I need to do it early in the morning as its too hot to run during the day. As the weather has been nice in Wales I have been trying to get out as much as possible during exam breaks to get the feeling of real rock again after lots of time climbing on plastic and hanging on wood “fun times”.
