I had a great session down in a Parisella’s Cave on Friday
with warm and sunny weather, sending shot whole start left wall which is a 7a
and just a general play on all the other hard problems. I threw the crux move
on Lou Ferrino
that Friday but didn't get any further told myself I'd better keep
working on it. On Saturday I trained in the morning and rested for the rest of
the day as the weather was wet grim.
Sunday morning I got up early as the weather was nice ran
down to the Parisella’s Cave as I was feeling strong. That morning after
warming up on left wall flake start I tried Lou Ferrino
and fell just before the second crux. After resting for 30 minutes I sent
Lou Ferrino
(second try) which is a 7C+/V10 I was really chuffed with that as it's my
first 7C+/V10 boulder problem. Now it's Monday today back in training and getting ready
for my trip to France on Thursday :-).
