Training


Ok so I’m training 5 days a week at the moment. After a run in the morning for 40 minutes 3 days a week I do my morning routine every Monday to Friday this consists of:



15 minuet worm up
50 pull-ups
50 press ups


50 sit-ups
50 backups
30 minutes on the beasmaker 2000 finger board.

In the evenings I try and go climbing for 3 days during the week and do at least a 2 hours work out bouldering if not routs. But on weekends I try and go outdoors and get on my projects and if the weather is bad I go climbing indoors for training.

 I am also super exited to be working together with Kaenon and LifeStrength. As Kaenon make awesome sunglasses and LifeStrngth with there strength tape help me recover from an injury’s
