Cold cold cold

Its cold in wales and there is snow!! This is good because the conditions are perfect for bouldering. I have been scoping out my new project called Simon says (8a). The climb starts up the pillar on the left of split infinity through the capping roves. Really looking forward to getting on it and getting it done J. 

Training

I’ve been training 5 days a week intensively and am feeling the power ready for my projects. More on training next week
