So I've had a good week of training starting to feel strong again. On Friday morning I had the chance to get on one of my projects on the Orme. It felt good and I linked the crux moves super excited to get back on it. I also ticked a few 7A’S and 7B+’s. After some stretching I warmed up on Cave Righthand which is 6B+ and then shortly after ticked lipstick which is a 7A. And then I climbed Parisella’s Roof 7A+(on-site), Flake Start 7A+(on-site), Lickety Split LH 7B(third try), and The Organ Grinder 7B (fourth try). Today was a good day in the climbing gym. i worked on my power and did laps on long roots to buildup endurance as it was raining yet again all day “typical Welsh weather” super excited to get out next week and finish some projects and hopefully put up some new routes weather permitting obviously well let's hope for sunshine and blue skies. Starting Monday it will be back training again.
