Being ill: frustration, Ive not been training for nearly 2 full week now and was bed bound for the past 4 days with a temperature
of 40. Once the temperature went down I struggled to walk due to really bad leg
pain from the infection in my body, now that cleared and Im feeling a lot better
than I did 2 weeks ago and am starting training again on Monday. Due to the
fact that I am going on a family holiday for the next two weeks I will only be
able to train in the gym.
