Summer holidays are already over. Those 7 weeks have gone so fast. This summer I haven’t been climbing much because I’m resting and letting my body regenerate. After training for 4 months every day with 150 pull ups and at least 1 hour of climbing every day it was a well needed rest. Over the summer I’ve only paddle-boarding, surfing and chilling. The surft wasn’t that great there weren’t many waves so I did a bit of endurance paddling. It was good training, turns out my endurance isn’t the best. Working on it. Once I start school again I’ll start training intensively to build up more strength, endurance and power. Ill try to push myself further to get better.
I met some really cool people, including Megan, whome I had a snowball fight with in the middle of summer. Thank you snow Machines.
