last day of the trip

We got up in the morning at 5 past 8 and had breakfast we then packed, all our bags were ready to go but left them behind. With only the bouldering mats and boots packed we set of for a mornings bouldering before the long drive to the airport. Once at the airport we gave our rental cars back and then I split from the group to go check in with Lufthansa and only as I waked across the whole airport I found out that it will open 2 hours before departure and I was there 3 hours before so I walked all the way back across the airport to the jet 2 terminal and chilled out with the group again for an hour. We ate lunch together in a restaurant then I said goodbye again for the second time and when they went through their gate. I went to go and check in I was 5 minutes early. Once I got my ticket I went through and I realized that I had 2 hours to kill so I walked all the way back across the airport to the air side to see the shops and once I hit the end there was the group having there final debrief before. So after the final debrief I said final goodbyes to the group and left them as they walked to there gate I waked all the way back to the other end of the airport were my gate was. Once in the plane I was siting next to a very large old German woman I was squashed up to the window. After an hour and a half of sleep we landed. I got out and rushed to my connecting flight with Swiss to Zurich as I ran through the airport I finally made it to the other end and I just got to the gate as they were boarding. I gave the women my ticket and got on the bus to the airplane. It was such a relief knowing that I was on my way home and not going to be stuck in Germany for the night. There were only 21 people on the plane including me and the crew. That was a little weird but it was still amazing. I had a whole row to myself. Landing in Zurich 30 minutes later I got my bag from Belt 12 and am now at home, relaxing waiting for the broken skin to heal on my finger tips from climbing.
